I was reading comments on youtube and saw how other people says that Jesus is helping them... I answered them how it is possible to heal with your own mind. Few people were interested, than I sent them link to ToZ but youtube deleted my comments. I tried other things like putting link of our website on my yt channel, but they still delete them. Anyone knows how to post comments so youtube will not delete them?

Usually, links are not permitted, whatever the page might be. But you can comment "Temple of Zeus" to people.

I understand your situation. YouTube deleting comments may be due to their spam/automatic filtering system, not necessarily because someone reported it.
