Yes, it is bad to affirm negative things with present continous tense.

Example: I am dying, he is dying etc.

But, in daily speak when I say bad things about myself or someone with present continous tense,

I always worry if it will happen, or I can't even use this tense when I need to use it. I try to say something different but it makes the sentence sounds wrong in my native language.

Can I use tense in daily speech for negative sentences without affirming/believing it too much?

Because I started worrying if something bad happens by my words due to this tense.

Just don't say that, High Priestess Maxine has written about this several times. Your words have power.

Words have power even if I don't believe on them?

I mean I said a sentence with this tense example: I am dying

I didn't believe for that. I only said and didn't care it.

Still this can affect me? I mean, It is really hard to create sentences without this tense you know.

If you sing along passively to a modern rap song about death and murder, even if you aren't paying attention your words have effect. It doesn't matter if you believe them. You're not going to drop dead tomorrow because you said that once, just mind your speech.

You manifest everything with your mind so that's why I invite you to also get into my dreaming topic of which this will help you also understand your inner self and emotions samd

It may have still effect on your subconscious. It happened also to me sometimes that I was not finding the solution to a problem, and after hours of thinking the solutions was very easy and I said "wtf, I am so stupid" just for saying.
I decided to stop saying negative stuff in general about myself to be sure to avoid any negative effect.

Instead of saying "I can't do X" or "I am not good at X" even when talking to someone say "I am improving in X" or "I need to improve at X".

Words have power, as TG Power of Justice said.

PS. Without stating the obvious, if someone asks you if you can play piano and you don't because you never played, you can say that you can't. My message concerns those fields that affect you growth.
