My current job gives me a decent life, but I don't have much liberty with it and I'm spending too much time at my workplace. I feel like I need a better source of income if I'm to progress seriously and I was thinking of switching into the IT sector.
I am aware that it won't take just several months of learning for me to find employment there, but I've heard that now it's much harder to find a job for juniors than it used to be a few years ago.
Also what would you have picked to study (Based on the demand) if you had to start from the scratch now? I've dabbled in Java and I liked it, but I feel like Python and Data Science is much bigger nowadays.

Active HelperThe field is so vast that you can not possibly learn it all so pick something that interests you, and become a master of those subjects. Skilled people will always find a job. Alternatively, you can create your own business.
