Rock Bottom, what is it trying to teach me?

Hello, I will try to make this short.

I have been applying and searching for better employment going on originally about 2 years, getting closer to 4 years, while trying to upskill with learning electronics systems, operating systems, Linux, many other things.

I couldn't afford college without debt, so I taught myself a lot of different things and stayed very proactive and I try to remain positive.

Nothing has worked out in terms of a good job, like an actually good job, that sustains me and my family. There is nothing around here at all that is decent, I'm surrounded by low wage jobs, and the remote market is all fake and all I get is auto rejections despite my knowledge and skills.

I have tried incredibly hard to have a financially stable and good life. The upside is I own my home. I own my car. And I make a measly income, at least it's something.

I can't afford the costs of existence that just stack up endlessly with no end, car repairs, home repairs, everything is so expensive and out of control that I am ready to end my life most days from the stress, I have health issues and I can't just work 80 hours a week to afford endless things that are thrown on my plate on salaries that cap way too low for most of the labor market.

I scrape by with just my willpower alone, and somehow, I make it work for now by being very careful, but it is incredibly stressful on me.

Everything in regards to actually taking care of myself, gets put on the back burner because I'm only one person, and what is on my plate is just too much.

I have a wife with health issues, children with autism that have special needs and all these appointments, and my wife has seizures and can't drive, and most of my family is unavailable, I have next to no one around if something were to happen. I can't just commute two hours away and be on a job site, and then have to do a school pickup or an appointment. Let alone if I am working a regular job and have to try to fit this all in.

I have no health insurance from my current employer that is affordable, my heart and chest were hurting for a week, couldn't afford the deductible or the bill in the mail, so I just didn't go, not like I could afford an ambulance either.

Dental work? Needs done, but out of the question.

I don't know what life expects of me. I don't understand anything lately.

It's not hopeless, I'm sure there is a solution or some sort of answer somewhere. But what is it? I don't know.

The key thing here I want to stress is I'm really trying to be positive. I really am trying to pull this all together. I just feel like I'm being crushed.

I do a lot of research, I apply to jobs endlessly. I try to stay on top of the things I "can" afford. My wife and kids are fine, and things for them are good, but I'm breaking and cracking at the seams lately.

All while busting out health and wealth workings in a constant rotation and keeping the effort consistent materially.

Surely, it will all work out somehow. I'm sure it will.

Dear Brother,

You ask the right question, however, noone exept for yourself can come up with an answer. I sympathize with your situation because although not identical, I find many similarities with my own. Having children with special needs, strugling financially, having serious health issues and other details are very familiar to me and yet it can be much worse, you know that. I d not know you personally but from your writing can attest to your extraordinary strength and resilience in the face of hardship. Perhaps that's where the lesson lies in all this. If your qualities and skills are complemented by a new level of courage and initiative, the results that you strive to achieve will materialize sooner. Just hang in there be relentless. We will surely come up on top because there's so much that needs to be done for the young ones, the old ones, ourselves and last but not least the Shining Ones that put their trust in us. In spite of all odds, we'll get there.

I see you have many skills related to computer, what company can you start by your own skills? You can't become rich by trying to find jobs that won't pay you well, you need to create your own buisness that could become internationnal.

Now, this being said, take care of yourself too, you should talk about your stress to your wife or anyone that would only listen. After that, you should focus on the spiritual part of your life, I have been focusing on material and wealth too much myself, I have put more time into the spiritual growth lately and things are getting better everyday. Balance is needed.

You are blessed by the Gods, do not forget it. Take care of your health, try to work the spiritual side and go ask your GD how you can build a buisness with your skills.

You will be fine, you are strong. You are blessed.

Greetings brother,

I of course don't know your situation fully, so not sure how much this can apply to you, but hopefully it can help you think of ideas.

You mentioned you wouldn't be able to commute 2 hours away. Perhaps relocation is an option, if it means you would be in an area with more tech jobs. You can apply from where you are now, to jobs in a broader area that is within a feasible distance to relocate to. Relocation is not uncommon with tech jobs, and they sometimes can offer relocation assistance in the form of a one-time bonus. Additionally, hybrid is relatively common with tech jobs as well, meaning schedules with 1 or more days working from home. You may not get the best job initially - the important thing is getting experience in your desired tech area first and foremost, and you can then search for other job opportunities once you have accrued sufficient experience.

The reason I suggest this is also because you had said your family is often unavailable currently, which could actually make relocation more feasible of a choice, as this can mean there is less of a need to stay at your current town.

Hello brother,

I don't believe difficult things happen with a higher purpose to teach us things, they just happen and yes, we learn by overcoming them. But do they have the purpose to teach? I'm not sure the question in the title has an answer.

I've never been a parent with children to take care of, I can't even imagine the pressure you feel. But I must say owning a home, having a job, taking care of people like you do is not rock bottom. It is praiseworthy.

An idea I might offer is trying to utilize astrological timings and locations - yes I know not everyone might agree but I had more luck getting a job on the line of my MC ruler (local space chart) and housing on the Sun IC (astrocartography/travel chart). But since you already have a home, you might not get far away, still just check in case.

Prometheus ritual has verses for us to think of something we did not before to acquire wealth and it seems to me it is fitting for you, it could give you power and insight.

Hello dear Brother, thank you for opening up about this 🙏

I'm not sure what resources are available where you're based, but any sort of government/community/ non-profit projects assistance might be worth looking into, perhaps this is something your wife could do? 🙏 Resources and programs of all kinds exist, you may be surprised what you could be eligible for or what is out there to help lighten the load somewhat. One thing at a time. 🙏

I already believe you are a very positive person and capable of so much, as you've stated, though you have been handling a lot 🙏 Resilience like you have shown is really admirable and rare, your family is very blessed to have you taking such good care of them and being a model of overcoming difficulties 💚

I think you should confide in your wife when you feel regulated enough to address this clearly with her, and seek any support (such as local hotlines that could direct you to more resources) about your feelings. You aren't alone in this ever 🙏

Why are you doing the same thing expecting a different result. I would relocate, by the way.
