I know someone has probably asked this but:

What is the ratio of yoga to strength training or any other exercise.

Also what is the ratio of yoga/physical exercise to spiritual training that you would recommend, I believe in a sermon HP Maxine said that physical training must keep up with spiritual or it would end up destroying (or at least harming) the body, so I wanted to establish a definite ratio for SS members. (if it hasn't been done already).

If you advocate other forms of physical exercise besides yoga/strength training do specify which.

There is no definite ratio, we are all individuals. Some people need more physical exercise and challenge, some need less and focus mainly on just meditation. Some people do more challenging yoga and can build the muscle and strength they want from that, some need more body building. Do what is right for you :)

You do what you enjoy, do it good and be proud. No one has any say about your likes and dislikes.

You have to do Yoga everyday Day and Night. And you have to do Strength training 3 -4 times a week .

Try out different methods and see what works for you. If you like heavy lifting go for that. Some people rather body weight work outs or calisthenics. I've noticed working out everyday but going 70% and sometimes all out works really well and I recommended at least trying it but like others have said go with what works for you. Make sure to include yoga and the amount of time you need is also individual for that too.
