sorry for the lazy question
i understand the diversity and importance of kundalini yoga, as well as certain completely physical practices that are used to obtain certain results
but when we talk about hatha yoga, what is exactly the purpose?
is it only about the flow of energies through the body and so, the flexibility? is it just this the spiritual connection?
isn't it just a type of stretching then?
in this case, once achieved excellent flexibility and strength in the same, such as mastering perfect side and front splits, independent handstand, other very complicated poses, as well as symmetry and harmony in all of this, etc
does it still make sense to stick to specific hatha yoga routines?
can they just be replaced by simple maintenance training/perfecting flexibility?
thank you
