sorry for the lazy question

i understand the diversity and importance of kundalini yoga, as well as certain completely physical practices that are used to obtain certain results

but when we talk about hatha yoga, what is exactly the purpose?
is it only about the flow of energies through the body and so, the flexibility? is it just this the spiritual connection?
isn't it just a type of stretching then?

in this case, once achieved excellent flexibility and strength in the same, such as mastering perfect side and front splits, independent handstand, other very complicated poses, as well as symmetry and harmony in all of this, etc
does it still make sense to stick to specific hatha yoga routines?
can they just be replaced by simple maintenance training/perfecting flexibility?

thank you

You're approaching this way too materialistically. Hatha yoga (the way Spiritual Satanists do it) is for increasing your bioelectricity. It's not about any physical benefits (although there are many) and it's done in a relaxed way, very differently from athletic stretching where you are supposed push yourself to your limits and beyond. Holding each pose concentrates and releases your bioelectricity.

Also, you're forgetting what HP Maxine said was the most important part of Hatha yoga: Once you've done your asanas, you should rest in Savasana (corpse pose) for 10 minutes and meditate on the energy buzz you feel throughout your body. If you aren't doing this step it's as if you're not doing Hatha Yoga at all. It's what makes the bioelectricity you release through the poses increase, otherwise it just dissipates.
