This must be a mistranslation or written by somebody else. Especially as this is not how I write so it wasn't a direct copy-paste from something I wrote. I truly don't think a ghost can change their appearance by having sex.

If you are a weak undedicated soul, you essentially stay in the astral (*1), and a weak soul not being self-sufficient will dissipate and die forever.

The orgasm gives a burst of energy to the ghost and keeps it alive let's say, it has even been said that those who practice chastity all their lives have about a 95% chance of dissipating.
The orgasm keeps the soul alive and nourishes it.
A parasitic relationship can be created because the ghost has no source of energy and therefore is forced to attach itself to someone in order not to dissipate and die.

Weak souls are at the mercy of stronger souls, anything can capture and abuse them, and these souls need someone to keep them from dissipating, otherwise they would die alone.

If you are dedicated you will be taken by the Gods to Satan's Hell where you will be protected from astral enemies and where you will not dissipate and will wait to be reincarnated (Satan's Hell should be an astral place or is it the Duat?).

There is a possibility with advancement to create energy circuits in such a way that the soul generates energy on its own and is therefore self-sufficient. (I think it is through meditation, or was it "astral immortality"? One of the passages in the magnum opus?)

(*1) many non-dedicated souls are taken to Satan's Hell, but the dedicated have the priority and security of staying alive (not dying in the astral) also they are much more important to Satan.
