I'll admit that I did think of him as a child in an adult body, so I may have given him too much leeway due to that; I didn't consider him capable of harming anyone in this context, so his behaviour seemed like a child's tantrum to me. Regardless, I concede my point. People like that should be let known in no uncertain terms that their behaviour isn't really acceptable. I wasn't sure about calling it abuse since I didn't take him seriously enough to ever consider it to be so severe, but if he decides to advance in this path then it's important that he learns to control his mind and recognise his allies. If he had any power to back up his attitude, I would agree with you that it's abuse instead of him just, well, acting like a retard.

Fair enough.

That came to my mind as well, regarding learning control and power behind words. I mean, personally I take people maybe a bit too seriously (habit but also a personality thing), you never really know where someone is coming from when they first come here. But either way, I like to be more cautious of who comes around because there was a time I didn’t take a persons online threats seriously enough for what they were and, well... let’s just say I’m still rooting out the psychological trauma of that situation.

If this guy really is serious about advancing (and not here to stir things up) it would do him better to start learning void meditation and control over his emotions rather than being ruled by them. Maybe then he can know himself better because there is less unnecessary fog in the way.

Xnder spat on the entire community (even those who never said anything to him). Why should someone like that receive support? He made it clear that he wants to act entitled, demand everyones' time, attention, and knowledge, and then slap us all for daring to give it to him. He's on his own.

Let's be fair here. If you follow the replies you'll see he asked a question and NinRick wanted to protect him but he did it in such an impulsive way that came off as rude. So xnder took this as an attack and insulted him back. Henu thought he was some kind of troll because he attacked Ninrick and xnder replied again thinking the entire community is toxic and no good because 2 people attacked him. It's all a big misunderstanding, really.

You have to understand that talking to people in a rude way sometimes comes off as an attack and they react impulsively by attacking you. Even if you mean no harm. And if 2 or more people do that to him that person may leave and think that this place is full of rude toxic people.

He isn't being "entitled", it's just his conditioned reflexes. Not everybody is has a strong enough character to control his emotions or pause and think that maybe, maybe people just react instinctively and they aren't being rude on purpose. Or maybe this forum is full of trolls and some members here, after having seen lots of heavy trolling can go a bit overboard and be quick to accuse a new person of being a troll, and this isn't something personal but just people reacting instictively to protect the forum.

I see your point. I just don't think the guy has it in him right now to humble himself enough to accept help even if he's asking for it. He also seems manipulative to me. That's my opinion and personal assessment of him. I know it's not my job to determine if he's fit or not though so I'll back off for now. My two cents have been given.

stop talking like u know me.

Since you misquoted yourself under one of mine, I’ll make a note.

You just answered your own question here. The only one who can answer the “who am I?” question is yourself. If you feel that people are wrong about you enough to say aforementioned quote, then you clearly don’t need to ask others that in a post to try answer it for you. Especially since your receptiveness to another's answers is out the window.

As for:

“how do i find out more about myself?” - Answer: meditation and self discovery. Knowing yourself is more than just knowing your likes and dislikes.

“how can i use my demons?” - Answer: 1) you don’t use the demons. You work with them and they with you. 2) That info is on JoS.

There. Questions answered. Next step is for you to do some homework and study JoS material instead of picking at people for pointing out behaviour patterns.

This should be obvious for everyone who read the comments.
Plus it freaked him out that I mentioned curses.
Just a quick panic reaction.

But thank you for pointing out the obvious. Now everybody should understand that.

Acting with caution makes sense too. I still have a lot of healing to do because of the things I went through myself, and I've become much more cautious regarding some things. I wish you the best.

I wish you the best as well.

Absolutely. If he's serious about this then I'm sure he'll be fine, which is why I was reluctant to be impolite in the first place despite his ridiculous behaviour. However, thanks to you and jrvan I see now that there's no harm in letting people know how they come across. It's up to him now to put in an effort and improve, for his own sake before anyone else's.

Agreed. Really it’d be of no benefit to anyone if we kept our mouths shut whenever someone was toxic to other members for no reason other than they have emotional issues they can’t control yet. Feedback (if a person even listens to it) will bring better awareness to them that maybe they can’t see themselves or are too stubborn to see anyway.

If one has to be impolite, even to a new comer, in order to halt the stupidity train and bring that awareness to them, then maybe they and others can learn from it too. Who knows.
