I can't do Hatha Yoga, I hurt my wrist, I think I sprained it, but I haven't been to the doctor yet, I know I won't be able to do yoga today and for a few days until I get better, how can I replace Hatha in my routine for this time?

Hello, Melvin!

You can do Kundalini Yoga instead as a replacement of the Hatha. You should try your best to do Hatha Yoga that is wrist-friendly. I think you can do the Plough, Fish, Cobra, Locust, Twist, Standing forward, Triangle, and of course Savasana (link below). But you should ultimately judge this on your own. Look at Lydias' Yoga posts too and see what you might be able to do.
