As the title says, is it impossible to raise kundalini when one only does Hatha Yoga everyday but skips Kundalini Yoga ?

I don't think you can raise Kundalini with Yoga alone. Or if it is possible it would take an extremely long time. Of course if you do meditations from JoS, RTR and Yoga this will happen.

In some cases, yes. It usually would take a long time of daily yoga practice. But to do this without meditation (cleaning, protection, void) is asking for trouble.

I don't mean not doing cleaning, protection or void.
What I mean is when one does all the required meditations(cleaning, void, aop), warfare + Hatha yoga.
Also, is Kundalini Yoga good substitute for raising energies instead of raum for warfare ?

Doing work to raise kundalini is joyous thing to me as I find raising kundalini to be very fascinating and powerful.

Hmm, it would not make sense not to do Kundalini Yoga, though.

Yes, KY can be used to raise energy. I prefer it to other ways. When there is a schedule I usually do two separate warfare sessions. Morning KY + morning set of warfare, and evening HY + evening set of rituals. And of course other things. This way the effort gets spread out instead of one big effort. Too big to be honest, only final rtr session with cleaning is minimum of 45 minutes. It's better to spread out...

But whatever way you like to raise energy works for you, is best, because this is supposed to be something one enjoys.

I am grateful for the knowledge shared by you. Thank you.
Actually, I don't feel much when doing Raum meditation. Only that my voice resounds in my room after doing it.
Spreading out is a good idea. I realise that being fully dedicated as an SS takes dedication and resolution.
I will now start doing KY to raise energies.

I was always under the impression there are many paths to liberation. The JOS just takes the healthiest, as well as, the most expediated. The 8 fold path of Astarte explains this.

Yeah, but you'll lengthen the process by at least 13 times the amount it would need by doing both. Kundalini yoga is not just a kriya to raise energy. It's an alchemical process. If you use do it only once and use it for raising energies, be sure to do extra and than to wait enough to let the energies do their thing before going on with whatever. Alchemy is more important than wasting energies on whatever you had in mind.

I did not understand this clearly. Could you please elaborate ?

I am trying to substitute this with raum meditation for warfare.

I asked similar question couple of days ago but no one replied so I will ask here.

Does kundalini yoga also reverse aging but with lesser effects, or would it take longer than doing hatha?

There were studies showing that kundalini yoga repairs the telomerase, which is a part of the dna that has to do with aging, so basically it has got a anti age effect.
But you shouldn't start with kundalini yoga if you're inflexible as the energy could get trapped and give you problems.

You can replace the raum meditation with either the 666 meditation or Satanas.

I corrected the suggestion you did not understand, because I didn't express myself properly. Sorry about that. Read it in the quote above.

A day of KY is a day you do not age. Eventually, it will reverse the effects of previous aging too, as far as we know.

This is exactly what I have been doing for past 2-3 days.
The one thing I noticed about Kundalini Yoga is that it makes me feel fulfilled. I don't feel empty anymore.
Even after doing warfare, I don't get tired or only get little tired. Throughout the day, my soul feels quenched.
Thank you for your time and guidance.

Is there an affirmation by which you program these energies?
I don't have total perception of this alchemical process, so I think my affirmation may be incomplete or wrong, what I usually affirm after KY series is, "My energy is flowing properly in my spine".

Yeah, that's fine.

Another generic affirmation is: "In a positive and healthy way for me, the effects of kundalini are permanently and completely enforced to the highest degree"

Just use anything that feels right to you. I never share my personal affirmations for meditation, as they are linked to my current level of advancement.
