Do it anyway. You should evaluate the habits you have, if you find yourself constantly looking at your phone or other distractions you need to limit the amount of useless information you're taking in. It can be hard at first but will get much easier over time.
Start with some breathing exercises at the beginning of a session as this will relax your body and your mind.
Stop your negative bullshit, and keep trying.
Your username and this post are self defeating nonsense. Treat yourself better, be positive, believe in yourself, be patient with yourself, be persistent. Learning to meditate is not instant.
I lost interest in meditating many times before, in case you are meditating correctly, you will notice that once you stop you will feel worse and worse, which will make you meditate again. If you feel like you need a break, do it. Forced and uncomfortable meditation does more harm than good.
Also, make sure you don't flood your mind by reading spiritual stuff 24/7. When you want to fill a glass with water, if the water flow is too fast it will spill. Build a foundation and move slowly from there, you don't need to know everything immediately. You might think of meditating like a chore, instead of something beautiful and relieving.
Even though meditation is important, taking breaks from it or stopping when I felt uncomfortable always helped me. After many months of meditating every day, I got to a point where I was meditating only for the sake of it and found out that it wasn't doing anything at all, when I came back wanting to meditate badly, the outcome was 10 times greater.
