I think this is a very useful tool for those that have come on here with these experiences and Dr.Phil goes on about this in a wonderful way. She is clearly somewhat shocked at the end because her previous intentionally or unintentional beliefs were deconstructed. She appears offended she does not want to say that she has perhaps been wrong her whole life about understanding herself. The people surrounding her condoned it. They also don’t want to face what the actual problem is. Dr. Phil starts by saying a part of him believes her, so as to actually work her out of her delusions.

The comments are helpful as well. Her experiences with herself are real in her mind, but it’s something she is allowing and creating. A person can in fact stop this garbage completely. They just have to admit it.


Taking accountability goes for all parts of ourselves. No one is going to actively try to rescue most people from delusions unless they want to be. If I were talking to her I’d simply say you’re making it up, and it’s all in your head. If you believe you’re possessed and that holy water will have the effect it has been taught to you as, you can easily create that experience in your mind. A part of me would also want to slap her and tell her to shut up and get over it, that would be effective in the moment and probably not wrong. But fewer long term results.

I would not literally slap her. Yes, she would need further help - good observation. It’s not implied she wouldn’t. But it’s a step to her helping herself. Even therapists and people who provide treatment cannot help or treat anyone if they are capable but not willing to help themselves. The woman is capable, fully capable. And, she had a breakthrough at the end. So now, she is capable of seeking further help. She is a very coherent and capable person, just doesn’t want to recognize that. Her delusions, believe it or not, are very simple looking at it from the outside. It’s the same as people who have had fake Tourette’s for YEARS from TikTok, and as soon as it is properly explained they’re suddenly cured. Her family here has told her this is all valid and they seem to ride off of it. Whatever she is dodging or gaining from these delusions, I do honestly think if we were talking about this literal person, yeah it is technically her who allows this to continue despite her history, at least subconsciously. I know that is sore to say. People with certain mental illnesses can take accountability and it can change their life. This to me is no different than reptilian delusions and other attacks.

For people that I care for I’ve gone about helping them in a similar fashion, but being more direct like this would’ve been more beneficial at times. Except so as to not disgrace valid spiritual experiences it’s a tough thing, it’s like walking on eggshells. I’ve talked a LOT of people out of delusions in my life, or have at least tried. Kind ways mostly, except when I’m literally attacked. They’ve been from a lot of different backgrounds, just out of free will, I’m aware that casual cruelty is not usually effective. But if I have to be that harsh person, I can be extremely harsh.

I can tell at this point what to condone for someone and leave versus what to help them see. Better at least. Sometimes people just are the way they are but I can tell that this is not true to this persons personality they’ve buried in fear and anxiety. I’ve never brutalized anyone who is mentally ill, except for when it has put me in direct harm. On a daily basis people find I’m the only one they can turn to or trust with severe issues, and I am happy they can rely on me too. At some point a person has got to be just more direct. In life I’ve been placed in this sort of helper or rock position even for people who are violent, and this didn’t effect me the way it would effect other people. I’m not talking about on here I’m talking about in real life.


Helping at a distance is nice though. It’s true to my own nature and less personal. I get very creative in resolving issues. If it fails, I try again. This is a really effective video for people to watch and consider who actually want help getting negative experiences to end, they could take something from it if they’re willing to consider another perspective.

That’s another but separate thing to be aware of. The people themselves are not actors but are paid and convinced to be there. Situations are dramatized, and Dr. Phil himself is also an actor with somewhat of another professional background. But images being painted and shows can be useful in illustrating a point to someone. People should definitely be aware of that when they watch these shows, and you’d think that’s just obvious at some point. The point I’m trying to make with these post is a completely different topic than the jew run anti-gods agenda overall.

And yes maybe also saying literally “it’s in your head and you’re making it up” is too brutal of an approach, which I haven’t typically said to many people. But that more just reflects a current feeling of mine. That’s what I would FEEL like saying at this point. I haven’t said that to many satanists at least. We can always be better. Anyway, it’s really not that deep of an issue. If a person is labeled as having too deep of issues or a problem is SO SERIOUS, and it’s portrayed in a horrendous way that just winds up validating their own already poor complex about whether or not they have any control over their issues. I think it’s always best to say a person CAN recover, be believed in, and can handle honesty. And that it’s not as difficult as they may think.

We have to consider also the chance that she's a gentile. On which:

Regardless of the attacks, as it seems, and if one truly judges, in time, Sundara seems to have bad mental health problems.

So it does not pose any damage to let her speak, further the attacks have no value but be reflective of a real problem rather than hate, vicious attack and so on.

First times it happened, it suited the immediate reality for us to think this is some jew with attacks, but honestly reading all what she writes now, the nonsense and the bigger pictures, she is not an enemy but a person with problems that needs care.

These are all responses that in my eyes are a bit overkill. Yeah, no need to worry that much BUT - I just found something out - a little more or less than a year ago I was not able to sacrifice much sleep and I was having some trouble sleeping.

I decided to just go in and get something for it and I asked for nothing major. I was told it’s just like Benadryl. “No side effects and non addictive” They also gave me trazodone and I did not take that because I was aware that it is also used as an antidepressant. Let me clarify - this was a willing request of mine. I’m already aware of how bad benzodiazepines are so I generally stay away from those. Only took it once. I actually started taking hydroxyzine frequently around Jan. This year. There wasn’t a lot on the internet about it but now there is. It affects serotonin levels. I just looked it up. It created symptoms in me that were not natural to me. I did not feel like myself after months and I actually thought this was just me. I had no idea.

I haven’t taken it for months and so I decided to take it again the last few days and I feel like some of those weird symptoms are subtly there again. I think I finally figured out what happened at least as far as an extended period of anger. Some of that though, valid enough.

It was fine to have taken it off and on but I was taking this daily for about 4-5 months and in larger doses. I didn’t realize what it could do long term. I also liked it because it is an antihistamine and I this was the only thing that took my allergy symptoms down. So I stopped taking this basically cold turkey as well. Which also had an effect but that worked for me.

The more I stay away from it the better I feel.
I actually DID tell cobra here that I had gotten this. Not that I had to.

I didn’t expect for this stuff make me outright feel suicidal after it had built up in my system. And then after coming off of it, worsening - and so no maybe my sentences aren’t as cohesive as they were or valuable to you. So I like that last paragraph.

I have never been mental, delusional, bipolar, ect. realistically. And hard circumstances have never even bothered me that much, at least not by societies definition, they usually just make me stronger. and so thank you guys for at least letting me talk this out even if it is amongst my own self mostly. But for your guys’ sake and clarity too.

I don’t think I would have actually seen this if I hadn’t but tipped off to be more safe. I’m sad that I’m just now seeing this as having as serious of effects as it has. Because as someone who knows themself… even I’m surprised.

This medication wouldn’t have been an issue if I had only done it once or twice. Lesson learned. It probably wasn’t the car accident, it was definitely that.

So - less cohesive sentences, suddenly depressed, darker topics, anger and lower moods = serotonin depletion and loss of an ability to even determine the cause of this up until.. literally until hours ago re-researching this.

But since I’m just realizing this now - because even head injuries are not that serious - I mean they can be but mine was not that bad and I’ve had a lot of these and I always recover fine or don’t have my moods effected.

This medication is labeled as an antihistamine by the way. Or they sold it to me as this.

I have heard that anti depressants are some of the WORST things to take. Especially in a circumstance where it isn’t needed. And apparently this acts as an anti-depressant.

I’d honestly rather die with mental capacity than to succumb to this stuff. Doctors try to put people on these for EVERY minor issue. People just need to be themselves and be strong in that. I had noticed that when I was younger I could take anti depressants for just a couple months, have decent side effects and be fine. The older a person gets I think the more weak a mind gets or it doesn’t recover as quickly.

I’m not some out of control maniac or an addict. I was off by this for a minute.

And I think I already said, in reality I’ve been fine but others noticed just that being as low as I have been is not me. Obviously I’ve said stuff here I wouldn’t say to anyone else. Even under an influence.

There are still people here who cannot even understand the intelligence of actual animals so that is more alarming than my own behavior in my eyes. But - digress. Who knows. Things that affect serotonin are pretty serious. A multitude of factors can affect a persons clarity and mood.

And I’m not explaining this to appease anyone, build trust, or ask for some kind of “worthiness” tag.. It really has no emotional basis here but it is just to inform. This is obviously kind of scary that I am only just now able to see it and that that much self sight can be lost over such a thing.

And like I said, I promise nothing. Because the world is currently like a massive hurricane and Confucius say, shit happen. And if I get the pretend boot over this, do I care? Not literally. If it happens, it happens. That’s NOT what I care about or why I still post. Some sort of a reputation or fear of consequence or negative tag. But I DO care about proper information and the truth of all things. And other people. And how to be better.

-Nietzsche. Natural law? I’m speaking for myself because it’s also the right thing to do. A person cannot do that if they do not know in the moment. But time gives way to most things.

My friends started warning me about pharmaceuticals MONTHS ago too, like right around this time, and I was like “YEAH guys I agree, this stuff is JUST an antihistamine though stop worrying about it” because I was still affected by it. It’s like a cloud of confusion. THEY noticed though, in hindsight.

Now that I KNOW that this is it though, I will try cease this stuff entirely. Instantly got some important input after telling others about this medication causing extreme depression. with similar experiences on a different platform. Just now. I haven’t been sold on any of the other plausible causes.

Now I hope this actually makes sense. Because this makes sense to me.
