If a soul goes to Satan when some die how is it possible for some ghosts to still haunt some grounds if it's disturbed like it can be fine for years then another land owner disturbs it than it gets haunted kinda confusing to me I read what Pythia said about ghosts but it really says nothing about this I thought a soul needs to go to Satan immediately or they dissipate after death

Some souls for a reason or another remain on a very close plane to ours and they try to interact with it. Some of these souls are of people who were wronged and can't find peace. Others are souls of mages/witches who enjoy harassing and harming people for whatever reason and so on. Many souls wonder on the astral plane for many years after their death, sometimes even for decades.

Ghosts who “live” in the astral dimension may decide to remain on this plane, forcibly, for various personal reasons. Some ghosts may feed themselves by absorbing the energy of the place and remain there for many years.

But usually these are “people” victimized by the enemy program who grope in the dark because they are cut off from all understanding and functioning of things.

The soul dissipation would not happen so instantly. This is something that could possibly happen after a long time of consistently getting weaker. Maybe hundreds of years, or less if the person is already extremely weak.
