While imagining instead of pretending you are there how do you actually become your soul while imagining and not be in your body anymore

When you use your soul meditating after visualizing it how do you actually go there while doing that instead of just imagining it?

But I guess you are talking about astral projection? You have to practice this and you will get it eventually. I think you need to feel this rather than visualizing it. Such as in the beginning of a meditation for astral travel, it says to try to lift up your hands astrally. You don't visualize this but you do this, than you feel it, but not physically.

I know right lol I was trying my best to word it lol thanks for teaching me how to astral project I need that even more. but what I meant is like when you build a astral temple how do you actually go there by imagining it instead of pretending to be there
