Best way for to do Ritual cleansing for a Beginner.

Greetings my Fellow Zevism,im a beginner and i have done my 40 days Meditation for 3times and im just done with Full Meditation i used 4days for every chakra.please what is the best way that is suitable for a Beginner to do Ritual cleansing and how many days ,i know there is part 2.

I think it's a bit soon for you to be doing the Ritual. Why did you do the beginner 40 day program 3 times in a row? Once is enough if you completed it without skipping days. And I really don't understand what you mean by "done with Full Meditation i used 4days for every chakra."

I would suggest re-examining the instructions given for the meditations, starting from the very basics. Please study the JoS website carefully.

Thank you ,im doing all you mention on Mandatory and optional every morning and night apart from Aop,i want to ask how many days can i do Ritual.

We do it at least once every day. So you can decide how long you'd like to do it.

I personally suggest you also do JG Blitzkreig's Warfare-Specific AoP if you decide to do the Ritual.
