Freeing the soul and healing from porn addiction ? Using pink or red color ???

I have porn addiction and i know that masturbation is healthy and great from spiritual point of view, but porn destroyed my social and material life ,i read in the temple’s page that the color red is great for energy and passion maybe color black for deep rooted issues ?? I am not really sure which color to visualise and breath into my aura to free me from this disaster.


I got social anxiety and depression since puberty ,and the doctor said i am diagnosed with schizophrenia when i was 19, however i am 27 now and got no friends and no romantic partner no nothing.

No energy no passion no attention from women, weak muscles no confidence no energy to do anything. And ofcourse no respect from people ,people treat me like shit

The only thing that keep hope into my heart is my love to the gods i dont wanna let them down and the second thing is i am studing english bechalor and i dont want to let my family or myself down, you can sense in my post that something is wrong and need to be fixed with a magical working.


I need your advice and guidance.

How I would do this:

1. Start a purification circle on the next Witches Sabbat (a Saturday).

2. Ansuz X a multiple of your choice, but I recommend one of 9, like 72.
I am now free from all porn addiction and the residual psychological and physical effects from it's usage, in the best way for me, forever. x 9
(Try for 40 days and see how you feel, but it take longer)

3. During this time, consciously avoid masturbating to pornography. If you need "something," opt for a magazine or still image erotica. Or better yet, get out there and find a girl.

To be fair, pornographic usage naturally decreases when you progress in Zevism, provided you try.
 
You need to have sexual intercourse with someone you like the look of, even if this is through monetary means [if legal in your country]. Then you must disassociate this mentally from what porn is. Porn is not sex. Porn is either an aesthetic accompaniment to give sexual ideas to couples or something that helps people self-stimulate every once in a while - that is, rarely. That was its use throughout the ages until very recently. It is not physical, primal, creative, kinetic. It is an image, an eidolon.

It is NOT meant to replace sex. It simply cannot. Doing a working alone is like saying 'I am exceptionally hungry, but instead of eating a steak, I drink Monster Energy all day. Will magic fix this?' rather than eating something you need to thrive.

Magic like Freeing the Soul will help, but it's only going to more seamlessly fix and point you towards what the core problem is by making you improve yourself, giving you a better experience in obtaining what you need and minimizing unneeded negativity/danger.

Exercise will help you. There are many free videos and workout plans on youtube if you don't want to go to a gym at first. If you have the money you can hire a personal trainer to help get you started.

Gaining some muscle will improve your self-confidence, raise your energy and vitality and your masculine energy, and it will make you more attractive to women. And exercise helps the mind and the mood, very much.

We have posts here about exercise, you can use the search function. You can also join the Fitness chat in VT, we post there to help motivate members and ask questions about exercise overall.

This is excellent advice !
HIIT workouts are great and will make you feel amazing once you get used to them
They also have many youtube workouts that are quick full body workouts to get you started and if it’s too much you can break the video into multiple days.
However some of these workouts only take 10-15 mins total.
I had periods in my life where I lost a lot of muscle and energy from a sedentary lifestyle aswell as lack of eating.
It can be really hard In the beginning .

One thing I find helpful if the workouts don’t feel accessible or that you will stick to them, is make little queue cards .
I’m currently making a little deck of cards and they have short 1-2 minute excersises that help either with mobility, strength, cardio etc.
To break up my day.

One example of a card is
1.10 frog jumps
2.50 but kickers (or jog in place )
3. Try and do 10 more frog jumps.

This is enough to get your heart pumping and the idea is to have it be quick and concise so that the workout is impactful but easy to fit into your day without excuse.

I call them “fitness snacks” because it’s bite sized workout instead of a full thing.
If you can make some cards like these and commit to doing atleast one a day, you can shuffle and pull when you have a couple mins or right when you wake up.
Later as you build the habit you can commit to doing maybe 2 or 3 throughout the day.
 
Another thing I can say is often if your not exercising or getting pleasure from other things than your brain becomes more dependant on porn.

you can be addicted to dopamine and high stimulus , so if you let yourself go through “withdrawal” it can get better, and you can slowly train your brain to replace it with healthier dopamine activity.

One thing that might help if your trying not to think about it is to quickly remove yourself from the situation
Cold shower/bath , or even immerse your face in a big bowl of cold water can help shake you out of a thought pattern and even increase dopamine and parasympathetic activity .


The only other thing I can add to what others have said about masterbation
is that the less you focus on a video and the more you tune into your body the better the experience will actually feel, and the more you will get from it.

It definitely takes time and will not be easy but it is a very fulfilling change to make
