I’m looking for a RTR training book back when we were joy of Satan and doing reverse Torah rituals I’m only interested in the very beginning of the book where it teaches you a year long meditation to develop a permanent layer of protection once the years up you never have to do it again it was made to protect against attacks by the enemy I can’t remember everything about it but I believe you had to visualize a extremely bright light like the sun descending through your head to your feet getting all the gunk out of your soul then piling it next to you till your done with the ritual/ meditation then you send the energy away and I believe you did some energy programming too does anyone have access to that pdf or knows where I can get it any help is appreciated I’m not interested in doing the RTRs I just want to do that protection meditation thanks

Greetings. There is no such thing as doing a working for a year and never having to do it again, especially protection. Aura of protection done every single day protects you first and foremost from the negative energies of people around you which are a lot more "tangible" and influential to you directly. We all come in contact with such on a daily basis.
