How to vibrate “Vinasa” (VEE-NAH-SAH) ?

Should i just say exactly : VEE NAH SAH, thats it?

The ‘h’ is not pronounced right?

Is it preferred to vibrate it during all the exhale or to make it short, VVVVVVEEEEEE NNNNNN AAAAAAA SSSSSAAAAAAA

Or just : VEEE NAAA SAAA ?

Should the ‘v’ and ‘n’ and ‘s’ too be vibrated like in runes or pronounced just once?

The Vee Nah Sah thing is how it should be pronounced by American English speakers. The English language is so retarded that the letter "I" is pronounced like "EYE". In most other languages it's pronounced like "EE" That's why this Vee Nah Sah part is needed for English speakers.

If you are not a native English speaker and try to say the word VINASA there's 99% chance you'll pronounce it correctly if you ignore the Vee Nah Sah thing. I hope this is clear, there's no other way to explain it.

It's exactly like you vibrate the runes.

Thank you!

I got a bit confused, is it VVVV iiii, like the french word « vie » ? Or VVVVEEEEE, like the french word « veritable »

What i understood is that english speaker for them to understand the ‘i’, its written VEE, like ‘to see’ and it produce same sound as ‘vie’ in french, correct? I guess i am right since anyone presented with vinasa will read it V i and pronounce the i as ‘to see’
