What do I need to know about Jewish "mythology"?

For context, I was raised not Christian. In my youth I turned to Islam for a few years before that eventually put my life in shambles and I left it and rebuilt myself from there

After that I had an Atheist phase and then tried to be an Orthodox Christian. Long story short that failed and I became a Pagan when I realised what I liked in Christianity was just stolen from Paganism and Platonism and what I disliked was Jewish. Nietzsche really opened my eyes to this reality

So as a result of coming to Zevism through this pathway I never really researched the Jewish fables and the mythologies which the Jews stole from such as ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Persia, etc. My understanding of the religious traditions of this part of the world is limited as I largely spend my time learning about Aryan spirituality

So what should I know? I'm interested in what the Jews corrupted so I can know the truth in the hopes it will make me a better Zevist

Things like who the Mesopotamian Gods are? How did Zoroastrianism get corrupted? Who are the people in the Bible or throughout history who the Jews considered enemies who we consider friends? (Edomites? Amorites? Canaanites? Nabataeans? Akkadians? Amalekites? Babylonians? Egyptians? etc). I'm especially interested in any of these nations who were racially White

What are some true myths the Jews stole and corrupted and claimed as their own? Were the Jewish prophets like Noah or Abraham real people who were good who the Jews appropriated? Or were the always Jews and enemies of humanity? Or are they just Gods who the Jews stole, euhemerized, and then claimed as being Jewish? What are some historical events in the Bible which really happened but the true story is different to what is in the bible? And literally anything else you feel worth mentioning

It doesn't necessarily have to be something which you consider a necessity, I'm interested in general knowledge even if just for fun. I understand I am asking for something massive so you don't have to answer everything here just drop some lore you know and it will accumulate over time I'm hoping

One thing I suspect is true is that all the horrific things the bible accuses the enemies of Israel of doing, are things the Jews actually did. Such as child sacrifice. The Jews likely wrote down that others did it and they were the good guys in it all. I suspect this because that's exactly what they do today, they commit genocides and lie that genocide occured to them

Lastly, I am already aware of New Testament lies and corruptions and of Quranic ones. Such as how Jesus wasn't a real figure and how the Qur'an is an offshoot of Syrian Gnosticism mixed with Jewish cultural inheritances in the Hadiths

Everything, from the creation to the flood to the 10 commandments were stolen from Middle Eastern sources, like the Enuma Elish and the Epic of Gilgamesh. The 10 commandments were stolen from the Babylonian Code of Hammurabi.

No, they are myths stolen from Babylonian and Sumerian characters. In the Sumerian flood myth from the Epic of Gilgamesh, the survivor of the flood is the king Utnapishtim. He's also called Ziusudra or Atrahasis in some other texts. That's where the "Noah" character was stolen from.

What are some historical events in the Bible which really happened but the true story is different to what is in the bible?

Possibly the battles and encounters of the jews with other Middle Eastern people and their claim that the jews lost and were captured because they stopped believing in Yahweh and worshipped Pagan Gods. We have Canaanite stelae in praise of the god Kammus that say that the jews were very faithful to Yahweh but he didn't save them at all because their god Kammus was stronger. They are basically praising the god Kammus for triumphing over Yahweh and beating him.
