Happy Yule to all Zevists!
We are now performing the Grand Ritual of Zeus, you can join us in the VT platform for group rituals lead by SG Blitzkreig, SG Karnonnos, and myself (and any other SGs who might have time to lead this ritual). If you cannot join with us, you can of course perform the ritual at any time on your own.
Yule is the time we honor and reconnect with our True Creator God. No matter where you are in life, no matter how lost or misguided or confused you feel, Father Zeus is always to be respected and honored, for He gave us life and gives us direction and purpose. Do His Grand Ritual and respectfully ask for guidance in the coming year. We will have a fully renovated meditation section, as well as much more information, given to us by our High Priest Hooded Cobra. This will allow you to find better direction and grow closer to our Gods.
For this holiday season, make sure to have fun and enjoy life, as well as meditate and honor Zeus. Father Zeus Himself told me some years ago to live life, we are not meant to stay in a room all the time meditating. Part of our spiritual journey is expressing our soul here on Earth; reflect upon this and determine where you might be lacking balance. Learn a new skill or hobby, maybe make a new friend who can enrich your life. Try to do something that makes you feel alive and fulfilled, as well as your meditations and any obligations you have for the ToZ.
Many people during the holidays watch movies. To honor Zeus, you can find information or watch videos on youtube about the myths of Him during Yule season. You can begin by reading articles here about Him and reflect upon the Ethics of Zeus.
Over the 24-26 it is the days of Lord Orobas, we can do His ritual. This is optional as I know most of you will have your days packed with relatives, but for anyone who has more time, we can do this ritual. Again, this is optional, so don’t stress if you can’t manage. It is normal to spend a lot of time with family over the holidays and visiting friends, we will do Lord Orobas's ritual on a later date as well.
Many people have a tradition with family or friends to spend some time in nature and admiring the snow on the trees, seeing lights on people’s houses, visiting friends and family, baking cookies and other treats, drinking hot chocolate or eggnog. Ignore the enemy holiday, make it irrelevant to you, focus on the spirit of Yule.
I hope you all have an enjoyable Yule, spent with loved ones and in the power of our Father Zeus!
