Also studying Sermons and deprogramming from lies in long run leads to understanding, realizations and to freedom aside by walking the path.

I believe it can be helpful, and uplifting, to look at things in a positive light. Whether something feels easy or difficult, people often suffer more in their own minds than in reality. If you try something new and it doesn’t work out right away, that doesn’t mean you should feel guilty, whether it’s a conversation, the effects of meditation, or a profession.

If you dwell on it and say “I did terribly,” you’re only making things worse. But if you say “It’s a beginning, let’s see what I can improve,” then in the long run, you’ll surely succeed.

Stay positive always. Feeling regret is like cursing yourself. Always trust yourself!
