Honestly you will get separate versions but the idea that they were a desert tribe who were contacted and transformed by the Corrupted Beings doesn't make sense to me. I think they were full on created by the Corrupted Beings and the greys to look like us. The greys are looking into genetic stuff when they abduct someone according to a lot of stories. Maybe they are trying to maintain the Yehuborim race.
