Long story short, how do I deal with people who emotionally abuse me (aka narcissism?)

If you’ve already tried the path of dialogue with them and you’ve already invested your time in trying to make them aware of their behavior and how deleterious it is and it hasn’t worked, then distance yourself from them before they ruin your life. Detaching yourself from them, especially in the case of people with strong narcissistic tendencies, is the most suitable solution; ignore them as much as you can and keep going on with your life.

Depending on your soul level, you can also support yourself with runic magic to block their influence and cut any spiritual ties you may have with them. If you don’t block this influence, you will be held in shores that will not allow you to grow, because you’ll stay trapped in the effort of trying to deal with them. Also do not feel guilty about acting in your best interest here.

Cut them off. There is no helping them and there is no helping you if you keep allowing and invitinf abuse into your life.

Boundaries and bindings, consistent aura cleanses, and sending the energy back. I live with a narcissist. Good news is they are leaving soon, yay! But, I was tired of constantly feeling drained, angry and feeling pain in my back. This person had dabbled in the esoteric but isnt very strong. I only let it happen for so long because they are family.

To make a long story short, send that energy back and make it hurt 100 times more than it hurt you. They'll learn to leave you alone after that. Use runes, color, and visualization to protect yourself and powerfully repel that energy right back. It did great things for me
