I don't know you but I don't think you are ugly. Yes, appearance is important because it reflects the personality to some extent. People online are faker than a 3 dollar bill. Almost all those people are using filters and other enhancements, angle frauding, lighting tricks, etc. Sometimes they don't even do makeup, they have a filter that makes it look like they did makeup.

Also, the people who get popular online will almost always be the ones that are more photogenic, fit, young, attractive, etc. This doesn't represent real life so don't compare yourself to characters on social media. There are certainly people out there in the real world who can see the beauty in you.

This is also seen if you watch any true crime shows. people post all kinds of things online to look good, rich, strong ect but are hiding dark twisted sides of themselves. One way to help yourself along with working on your other chakras, affirmations about liking yourself as you are ( not i'm beautiful but that you like your body as it is) but also to get away from things like tik tock. It's obviously not doing your mental health any good which is only making working on your soul harder- body, mind, and soul are connected till the moment of death-
So I would recommend getting rid of the app from all of your devices so your not tempted to use it. Instead tyr and focus on positvive things in your life such as uplifting music-whatever you feel makes you happy-, being outside in nature weather permitting and being safe in your surroundings, focusing on the gods thru the sermons on the jos site and meditations, pick up a hobby like knitting or sewing for mental calmness and to help you find a positive community to be around.

When you are doing things in life that you like it shows in your body and that is a different form of beauty that society should focus on instead of all of this bullshit about makeup and other crap. Our great Lord Thoth says; Life is for living.
So thats what we need to do and when we are doing that it shows as a light that is a true deeper beauty that can't be replicated by makeup or fad diets. When you see people doing and talking about the things they love you can get this sense about them this Life this Glow about them and thats real beauty. So aim for that kind of beauty and now matter what goes on in the world you be wonderful.

To be honest, I live much better without tiktok (and similar stuff). I even do not know how it works but I think it promotes stupidity in general terms. Sorry for being straight.
I notice because of global communication people are raising their expectations too high, in everything.

If you get trapped in this for lack of self esteem, or simply habit, you may be dragged in the general mass mind where everyone tries to be someone else to be "smarter". I also notice as everything is now covered in gold, shining, excessive. People drive 400 bhp cars to stay stuck in traffic jams at 35 Mph most of the time. This is unnecessary but leads to frustration in most people. Advertisement, tv, etc. everything is built to lead people to feel "insufficient" so they will ask for more and this is growing uncontrolled.

Perceiving yourself as "ugly" may have its roots in childhood, you may feel ugly because someone lead you to believe you are. That most often is not true. How can a person honestly choosing Satan be an ugly person?

Maybe you are not a top model or superstar, but how many of us are like them? Do you really need that? Keeping the mind busy on tiktok observing some "top" women will only feed their energies and shot down yours, for now. My best advice is : shut down tiktok and similar online comparison and try to look at common people for a while. Maybe you won't look that ugly anymore. Do you have a boyfriend or someone who likes you? I would also do a magickal working to attract a partner who appreciates you.
