Sometimes when I close my eyes and "look" the inside of my eyelids turn into a sort wall which my eyes project images and video onto.

I am not always in a trance, but usually it's in a similar sleepy sort of state.

The thing's I see don't seem like thing's stemming from my mind, but truly and totally random, like glimpses of other people's lives and not my own, or cartoon's or as if I have a CCTV camera in one of my friend's house, I can see what he's doing live inside my eyelids but the image is very vague and disappear's if I mess up the balance between not concentrating too hard, but not letting go too much.

It doesn't feel like my imagination, but rather a physical thing. And I'm not looking into my 3rd eye, but my two normal eyes - something inbetween the space between the eyelids and the eyeball acts like a screen or something.

What could this be?

if youre completely convinced its some sort of visions, test it out. call your friends and ask them what they're doing.
but my guess is that your mind is simply too active and chaotic. try to practice void and still your thoughts over time

Its not really that weird, normally the first stage is hypnagogia imagery where is random patterns behind the eyelids appear to be moving around. If you kinda half focus on the hypnagogia imagery it turns into 50% awake imagination and 50% dreaming state imagination where the mind starts seeing images and those images can almost turn into mini dreams (like a video). It sometimes happens when trying to void meditate where you might end up seeing floor or wall through your closed eye lids. 99% of the time its just the imagination, maybe with some practice you can turn it into remote viewing.

What could this be?

I beliebve this is connected to the Third Eye. I have also experienced these sorts of flash visions when relaxed and focused with my eyes closed. Usually it's when I still my mind and don't think of anything else. These flashes will start to come, and it's like movie reels of different and unrelated scenes that play through my point of vision. They range from, as you described, flashes of events from lives of others (sometimes totally random people I don't even know), to sometimes bizarre imagery that seems more symbolic or alchemical in nature. I was in this state the other day and allowing these flashes to happen, and had one of a side profile of a large marble Greek Head, the mouth in a "whistling motion", and out of the rounded lips came a stream of liquid fire. Quite bizarre.

Perhaps something like remote viewing at times. Or just flashes of visions. It does seem related to Astral senses in some shape or form, though.

Maybe practice with it, by utilising trance techniques and trying to bring these visions on. Maybe there will be a way to expand your abilities here and have more control over what you are seeing.

It's not, my mind is very focused.

I did it again today. If I close my eyes a vague "portal" open's up in my vision similar to a crystal ball, but currently it's just showing me random sh*t.

I tried it today, and a loud "HAH!—" scream "kicked me out" (my body out of this state), which felt almost deliberate, as if being warded off by a person.

Weird, but not sure what happened there.

Also, this doesn't always happen when I close my eyes, but usually I'm at least a little drowsy. However I don't seem to have any control over what it show's me.

It's not always real thing's. Sometime's it's graphical symbols and moving illustrations, I don't know what it mean's but it feel's as though it hold's meaning.

Look up hypnagogia imagery, hypnagogia is the state of falling asleep where the mind exist between waking and sleep. You can also look up WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming), it takes advantage of this state and there should be some information on it.
