I had to reach out to HPHC with how intense it has been.
I felt a tear inside my brain like roots were ripped away after finally releasing heavy trauma that was blocked out of my mind and His words give me comfort knowing this IS what is happening. Im still going thru a transformation or the rewiring part of this transformation.
The somatic healing meditation helped greatly as well and I am excited to do it again in a few days since the instructions are to do it once a week and probably the best manner to approach such a raw and brutal trauma so while I read philosophy, back to base level meditations, and be involved here, I am seeing I can feel safe and have comfort that I am getting better and there already signs that I am that I can acknowledge confidently.
