I have a few questions I need answered. 1)- how do the runes work ?, 2)- how do I properly use them ?, 3)- how do I get rid of fear using the runes or other methods and 4)- how long will it take for that energy manifest ? Thank you all in advance.

The runes are like vibrational information codes that effect the soul on a cellular level. All words of power are. The soul is vibrational and light energy and science has shown that thought is capable of things such as changing the molecular structure of water, effecting plant growth, changing the outcomes of scientific experiments (See the Observer Effect). You properly use them by using the correct pronunciations they have to vibrated and they are also more effective if you visualize their symbols while vibrating them. For a working to be permanent it should be done for at least 40 days. Read about the meanings of the runes in the .pdf provided and choose one that corresponds to your goal of getting rid of fear. There are multiple that could potentially be used but choose one and stick with it.

Remember to state a positive affirmation after chanting the rune to direct the energy to your goal.
