Unfortunately I could not find that at all. Seems to be no direct information on it when it comes to mantras in sanskrit.
All I know of is the word "Sarpa" which means Serpent. Actually making your own mantras by combining sanskrit words are pretty useful. This is advanced and Pythia has mentioned this in the past.
Some words in Sanskrit have no english translation because some sanskrit words simply have no english equivalent which is why when looking up some words in sanskrit dictionary, you won't be able to find the english meaning or vice versa. I have noticed this in some of the planetary squares and the sanskrit words. 
Mantras to give off the same energy as Ophiuchus would be any mantra that stimulates and purify the serpent as well as any words of power to awaken the serpent. Ophiuchus, the serpent holder, is liken to the human being with a risen serpent and achievement of his godly status. I recall HP Mageson speaking of the zodiac and how it relates to the great work and the perfected being. This is from "The Metaphysics of Sexual Union"

The SATANAS mantra is wonderful to perform during yoga.Remember the 8fold path. In incorporating as much of the 8fold path, this quickens the time it takes to reach godhead. Speaking of Yoga, my preferred KY routine is the kundalini spinal series set because it contains 6 of the 8. Asana, Bandha, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra and Dhyana.  This is all performed in one sitting.

We should all incorporate as much as possible in our meditations. It is also beneficial to incorporate the 8fold path into a Hatha routine too.

Ive noticed something about that specific constellation. Even though it is in the line of the zodiac, I find it odd that we need a 13th sign. 13 would throw off everything. There are 12 houses and 12 signs which correlate with the 4 elements (3 houses per 1 element). I tried to explain this constellation to people and they believe it has thrown everything off completely.
So I made a theory to this 13th constellation. I believe it is filled in with the Void of Course moon. Aka VoCs are this constellation. Its just a theory. I noted that in the astrology section, Pythia said those born during VoCs are stronger psychis and have greater power.
Who knows.

Pluto is also the Hindu God Yama and to work with Pluto's energies Aum Yama Nama/Svaha works for me, I do not know if a full mantra for it exists..

Or if there is a more general mantra for the God Yama out there somewhere that should work as well.

Thanks a lot for these mantras. One question.. When is the best time to chant these mantras? Is it better if I chant on the day of a particular ruling planet? For example, for Leo on Sunday (Sun being ruling planet) and Tuesday for Aries (Mars being ruling planet)? Or can I chant them on any day?

I've got a ton of Scorpio/Pluto influence and it does have its good side (tenacity, intensity and focus), but people beware while using its energy. It can take you to DARK places! And the obsessions can drive you mad if not properly directed. I spent like two years trying to get over really debilitating OCD. (I'm still not completely over it.) It's so horrible. Be careful with Scorpio. Used positively it can make you a force with which to be reckoned, but the dark places it can take you too can be a lot to handle. I'm born with this energy and it's been probably my biggest challenge in this life.

The good thing is that you can use your heavy Scorpio influence and channel it into your success and goals like in this case, spiritual satanism and advancing your soul. It will get you far.

So far I have been invoking Aries and a lot of fire. I am trying to heal my self. Fire is very very healing, water in certain areas can weaken the system. I'm toughening it back up and it's going away. 
I have noticed that everyone in my personal life has called me an asshole. But I'm not sure why. I don't feel as though I have done anything wrong. I do know I have lost most of my sensitivity. Which I took pride in my sensitivity. But honestly It feels good to really not care anymore. 
 I have noticed that most of the power comes from the word Narayana. Just vibrating this word produces the desired effects. Which I looked up and is some Indian God. I place the Narayana vibration directly into a chakra. Do not use it in your base, as Saturn in Aries is draining energy from you. 
 I am going to do Taurus next.

Interesting Aldric. So the best chakra would be the sacral? Or does it matter as long as it's not the base? And the reason not to use the base is because Saturn rules the base and is in the sign of its fall in Aries am I correct? And if that's the case, would the throat chackra be one best to avoid, do you think, because Venus in the sign of its detriment in Aries?
