If you have a positive feeling for a God, then go with it. Don't get bogged down in the nomenclature of "Guardian Demon" and start obsessing over "who is my guardian" etc etc.

Just let things flow. If you have a good feeling for Zeus, then go with it. He is truly a Magnificent God. Truly.

Be patient and be open. And keep in mind, the Gods can only help you, they cannot do your work for you. Also, it is important to remember, look at where the world is today. And that's just OUR world. Our planet. The Gods are EXTREMELY busy.
