I wanted to know if this specific yoga technique is respectful, since it was taken from a hindu point of view.

Been doing it for the past 5 months. It takes a while to do everything for long enough: For example Savasana is a pain in the ass to get it right for the full 5 minutes. Takes a while to get everything right but in my opinion it's a fairly ok routine. Good luck!

You can try this link to the files section too. Though, it is the same Asanas in a different order. It definitely works. I have kept this routine for a long time and its still good.. Remember it takes some time of consistent practice to get a good buzz going. Also remember to RELAX and BREATH DEEP and enjoy it, never ever push past comfort.

Seeing as yoga is an important part of a meditation program... What should a newb beginner start with?I have no access to the JoS therefore I don't know what to look up and what's good and what's fake crap ect. Anyone have any tips and/or links?Thanks!

The 2 when u get to the kundalini yoga stage, you do it at night before u sleep. H.yoga in the morning, k.yoga at night.

I have been getting some good results with T5T yoga. Corrected my spine and helps me keep my stamina up, and only takes 10-15 minutes.

I keep hearing that yoga is super good for energy and such. I do martial arts and I do Tai Chi to help with my moves and power ect. Anyway, is that as good as yoga? I mean, I use the enery to move around my body. Isn't that the same as yoga??
