Yoga. (I know this seems petty but it is very troubling to me)

Info: I recently began praticing Hatha Yoga, although I am a amature at it, I still manage to feel very, very slight energy. I perform a few yoga excerisies and then begin the above mentioned.

(Extra)I am not a spiritually opened person ( can't even see energy).

Now for my questions : Whenever I finish my session, I begin the above, but the first problem lies there. As I lay in my position I feel very little to nothing in energy, **Should I be having a huge energy eruption or something because nothing is really there but very slight tingling feeling and I mean very slight?**

Second question, as I am in my relaxed position I suddenlly feel extremely tired and sleeply, (sometimes I actually fall asleep) and this happens every single time, **Is this natural for one? and secondly is this a good, bad, or neutral sign (like maybe a sign of empowerment)?**


Lastly, While I am performing my yoga session, I feel very little power sometimes none.

I know I am perfroming at least some right because some are extremely easy, like the Hero pose, the rabbit pose, and the twist pose (posed on JoS), **So why do I still not feel anythin?**, I know i'm not a spiritually opened person but this is physically.

You have to be consistent and give it time. You mention below that you are not yet spiritually open. Just give this time and keep doing the yoga. Each and every day, you will progress. Keep sitting still after your yoga session. Even if you only feel a tiny bit of the energy, focus on it. It will quickly amplify and grow. Give it another month- if you do your yoga every single day, even twice a day if you have the time, you will se what I am saying. Make sure your routine includes a full workout, especially for your spine. The full workout is here:

The above is only an example, but foreward bends, backward bends, twists and side stretches, where you flex your spine [for kundalini] are essential.

We all come to Satan with different levels of spiritual openness and abilities from our past lives. For some of us, we get results much faster from a carry-over from past lives. For others, it comes slower, but rest assured- everyone who practices consistently will get there. Everyone has to start somewhere. Some of us are old souls, and have empowered ourselves in past lives.

I also want to add for everyone here- when you get the energy buzz, this is when you are at your most powerful. It is a optimal time to work on healings or other goals you might have.

After some time, you will literally be glowing with energy.
