i think ive hit a really really thick wall here, my meditations are going great in feeling my chakras and energy etc... but when it comes to yoga, flexibility and physical strength i am very weak and i know this is my fault for spending hours upon hours playing video games and not paying attention to my physical body anyhow, tell me how did you get flexible ? how did you start off ? any advice would be appreciated :) btw im struggling in doing the hatha yoga positions given by HP hooded cobra (the ebook he gave in his 40 day guide) thanks for reading and Hail Satan.

Practice, little bits of yoga more often, not attempting overly difficult poses right away or until warmed up are ways i started off. A person who is not genetically capable of putting their feet behind their head whilst in sitting pose is very likely going to take tens of years of practice to do so if they ever manage to do so at all. Work with your body and respect it's limits, progress will come with time. HAIL SATAN!!

Don´t rush it. Do what you can without feeling strain. When I was younger I used to be very flexible, but now, at my 54 years I am certainly not the same. It has gotten quite hard to do cardio or weightlifting, but I do as much as I can, taking rests when needed.
I never practiced yoga before and of course it is quite hard in the beginning. I have the poses given by HP Hooded Cobra. Those are quite basic. I of course cannot bend that much, but I do as much as possible, for as long as possible.
I strongly believe our Father knows our limitations, physically and of course of time, means, privacy, and so forth. I am certain he understands and he also knows if we are being dedicated or plain lazy. It is our dedication and willingness that counts.
I have had Fibromyalgia for some 25 years now (pain all over the body sindrome, for which there is no cure) (sorry for the bad spelling) and I have been feeling much better since I practice at least the Salutation to the Sun hatta yoga moves. Do what you can, with intent and love to our Father.
HAIL SATAN FOREVER!!!WE SHALL SUCCEED!!!

Just on fibromyalgia, this is the label given to a group of pain causing diseases for which modern science has no or limited explanations. They are NOT incurable diseases of the bones, joints and muscles as Western biomedicine suggests but instead a reflection of the workings or inadequacies of the internal organs and their functions. For those in this group that do suffer from undiagnosed, or supposedly 'incurable' ailments like chronic shoulder and neck pain, soreness of joints without reason ie not arthritic types (although arthritis is again the product of poorly performing internal organs in many cases especially the liver and kidneys as these serve to eliminate waste and when waste is not eliminated it can build up in areas with poor blood circulation such as joints) relief can be found in yoga as it increases blood circulation to areas that do not normally receive a great deal of it (cartilage has no blood supply, hence why it's healing is slow). Traditional forms of medicine such as Ayurvedic Medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and even homeopathy successfully treat these ailments worldwide on a daily basis. Coupled with regular power meditation, freeing the physical body through traditional forms of medicine (which came to mankind from Sumeria if one looks at the similarities between Ayurvedic (indian) medicine and traditional Chinese medicine despite the great distance between these countries and the common ground between them being Sumeria, Mesomotopia (modern day Iraq)) is certainly not against what we are trying to achieve in empowering our souls.. HAIL SATAN!
