Hello, Yog.
You wont have to worry about that. As long as you are doing your KY and power meditation, it is perfectly fine to experiment with Hatha. Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga ,as you will notice, has much of the same asanas when you look closely. Traditionally Hatha was more than just a physical work out and bodily stretching.
Kundalini Yoga puts more emphasis on the asanas and ways to stimulate the Kundalini. I noticed especially that the Kundalini spinal series sets I perform reflect the 8fold path except for using yantra. It is important for us to include as much of the 8 fold path as possible in our meditations.
When you change up your Hatha routine, it will help to get you familiar with many of the asanas and will help to stimulate each part of you body. You want to work out and stretch every part of your body to release and circulate the energy around. This is what I have noticed when changing routines after doing years of one set. In the end, Yoga is yoga and all had the same goal was that of reaching the godhead. Hail our Creator God Satan.

<b [/IMG]<[/IMG]Hello everyone I was wondering if i could get a bit of advise on the direction i should take my yoga program. I was thinking that i would start doing a different set of hatha postures each day, but at the same time remain consistent with my kundalini basic spinal set. The reason i ask is because recently i got a hatha yoga book that has about a hundred different yoga sets and i would like to try them all and really make a lot of progress in all areas of my hatha yoga. I'm worried that doing a different hatha set each day will screw up my energy or something like that, i am still going to remain consistent with my kundalini and power meditation but i'm not sure about this hatha stuff What do y'all think? any advise would be much appreciated!
