Worrying and Void meditation

I find myself worrying alot (Mars in Virgo).

And would like to know if Void meditation can help with that. It seems to me the best medicine but I would like to hear some experiences. Also what other solutions can you suggest for easing worry and nervousness.

Chakra balance seems the best, you probably have an overactive or unbalanced throat chakra. Usually those who live in their heads, whether they daydream, worry or anything else need to empower their lower chakras more to offset this.

And believe me, if you worry a lot, you'll have a lot of trouble with void meditation because you'll start worrying about whether your mind is clear or not and be obsessed with it.

DUDE, you have no idea! haha you're right i'm really obsessed with unimportant things like that. I hate to worry I just hate it. Are you sure it relates to the throat chakra?

You could always try surrounding your self in a white light and affirming "I am confident and worry free at all times" I use this method for a lot of different purposes a light trance is helpful but I have found that even without a trance it is still effective... I choose not to use colors myself as I'm still relatively new and my visualization skills are being worked on but you could very well use the appropriate color if you wish.... Ave Zeus!!! Don't focus on all 7 chakras at once, there's no need to, says Enki.

Enki told me that you should focus on just your top 3 chakras (Throat,Third Eye, Crown) or your bottom 3 (Root, Sacral, Naval) and those 3 chakras, whichever ones you choose, will keep ALL of your energies healthy. The reason for this is that chakras are connected. But some spirits have told me that the only chakras that need attention are the third eye and root. See which system works best for you.

Void meditation will help you keep bad thoughts out eventually. try putting yourself in a blue aura, create your own affirmation that will help you calm down as you breath in the blue energies.

Not only does this have absolutly nothing to do with the question you replied to. It is also very incorrect and misguiding.
Please refrain from coming in here, and trying to spread your misinfo that you got from some 'unknown' spirits, and entities claiming to be Satan.

All the chakras should be worked on equally. They all have their reasons, and not a single one should be neglected.
You say all the chakras are connected, so only having to work on a set of three. You never once mentioned the heart chakra, which connects the base three to the top three.
There is no need to focus on all 7 chakras at the same time, correct. But all 7 should be focused on individually, and empowered. This will achieve proper balance throughout the soul.

Also I have a question. Pythia wrote that the effects of meditation engrave on the soul after some time and when you get to some level, the energies are locked at that level and you can not lose that. Only go forward.

Well that seems true to me with the chakras, Yoga etc.. But Void meditation should be practiced nevertheless and it doesn't get to some sort of level.. You just need to keep practicing it and experiencing results at the same day.

Am I wrong?

It does get to a level where it becomes easier and a habit. For example, if you keep doing it as a habit, at some time your brain will automatically think that every time you worry it has to tune out that worry with void meditation.

And of course it has to do with the throat chakra, observe it yourself when you worry. You feel a pressure or overactivity in that chakra. I've noticed that myself many times when I worry.

Not only is it trolling, but that's very dangerous bullshit. If you focus only on a set of chakras and not all 7 it will eventually cause imbalance. What I said about empowering the lower chakras is only for people who have weak one, to offset their chakra imbalance. Also, the third eye and the root chakra are the ones which are the least useful. Because the 3rd eye, what it is is merely an extension of the 6th chakra, and the first knot is the sacral chakra not the root.

It's always best to empower ALL of your chakras, and make sure they are balanced.

Also you fail to understand the meaning of chakras being connected. It doesn't mean that empower the one also empowers the other. Quite the opposite, if you focus on one chakra, it will cause an imbalance to the one which connected. Connected means they work together, in some workings you use the energies of both connected chakra. If it was like you said, there wouldn't be any people for example who had weak solar chakra but strong 6th chakra yet there are, plenty of them.

I'm one of those people that lives in their heads, and I'm was more physically open than most non-Zevism people. But since I started void meditation my mind has become a lot calmer. When I first started, I couldn't keep a thought out of my head for longer than 7 to 10 seconds, it was really bad.

Aura of protection seemed to help me too. Before becoming Zevism, I used to see images of all kinds of crazy things with my eyes closed. After two days of intense Aura protection work, it just disappeared like turning off a switch. I always keep that up now!

It took 3 months of void meditation for 15-20 minutes a day before i saw noticeable results. It's not an instant fix, but it does work and also works to reduce bad thoughts as well.

With that I totally agree. I always feared the dark and when I walked alone at night I was literally shaking. Waiting to see if there's something behind the bush, sometimes looking into a car to see if someones there. It was totally irrational, like the rest of my fears. And it went till the age of 17! Than I found Zevism and did some Void meditation, and I didn't fear anymore. I swear it was like 3 days and I didn't even intend to eliminate the fear. It was just normal.
