Working to find house for a cat

Hello. I want to do a working for a cat that I'm currently sheltering to be adopted. I have placed flyers and posted on groups on Facebook, but only one person showed interest (although many, many people saw my post), and that person couldn't even understand the cat's basic needs...

The cat is really afraid and will need some time to get used to another person. She got used to me because I was feeding her and trying to pet her everyday.

I want to ask how I could make a working to find a suitable owner for her.

Raidho seems like a good rune. Should I vibrate it on HER or the ether? Or on me?
On the website, it says: when the energies of this rune are directed at another, it will make them restless.
Will it be effective if I vibrate it on me? Or just the ether?

The affirmation: "The energies of the rune Raidho are helping .... (cat's name) to find a warm, loving, and suitable, permanent home for her, in a positive way for her.
A person suitable to love, feed, and take care of ... (cat's name) is found quickly and in a positive way for her," is it good?

Raidho's number is five, but should I do it for 9 reps (the affirmation also for 9 reps) as in "putting an end to the research of a house - completing the research of a loving home?"

It has been very difficult for me keeping this cat, but I know I can't let it out in the streets either. I'm looking forward to your help.

For the cat, you must weigh what stands as the most ethical path. Placing the life of an animal in the hands of someone you already know will not care for it is not ethical, for it would lead to the suffering of the cat, and to your own suffering as the knowledge of such a choice echoes within you. And also, it weaves a thread of negative karma

The rune Raidho is a good choice, as it concerns physical relocation, as well as spiritual, and speaks of life journey; however, I would advise accompany it with Wunjo, which is connected to harmony, joyfulness, gentleness and the comfort of finding oneself within supportive, embracing and familiar environments.

For the working I would go for 40 repetitions; your affirmation is fine and I think five repetitions of it should be good.

I believe it would be ideal for you to also program, in a complementary way, a protective aura around the cat; both by visualizing, with will and concentration, a white-golden aura surrounding her, and by programming the energies you raise through Runes or other words of power (a modest number of repetitions is sufficient, this will create protective and favorable energetic currents for her).
