Wings of the Kundalini Serpent.

I was reading one of HP Vovim Baghie's sermons, and I was wondering,WHY do the wings of the kundalini serpent sprout? What does it mean? I am currently googling it and researching, but I thought I'd ask and get others' thoughts.

  Because it becomes Free, like a person who meditates. Wings have to do with spiritual and mental freedom and act as extensions of our astral body, thus we can have more power stored within. So its relatively something similiar with our Serpent.
