White light!!!!

I have been told that we should not use "white" light in any meditations EVER!! And that we should only use blue. Because white is only used in curses. Is this right or wrong?

...Where did you hear that? With white light (white gold) we even clean our aura and chakras... You should not use GREY energy, not white. Grey is destructive etc. Use grey on the enemy.

White is reflective of energies, its alright for beginners to use white; use colours as you progress
