I am having trouble visualizing white-gold. Is there some examples anyone can give me. Would apricate it very much.

Sunlight is white-gold. You could use energy directly from the sun too, its more powerful.

Well don't actually LOOK at the sun -- it could cost you your sight.
But go out into the sunshine and breath the power of the sun into your chakras and body for healing and strength.
