They have several kinds/books/covers.

You can also find the Al-Jilwah in the "Satanic Rituals" by Anton Szando LaVey, it's only about $10 USD (methinks, I live in Canada.)

i would like one in book form for two main reasons
1. my p-rinter is on the fritz and i don't trust to print it out else where
2. because i think it would be a wonderful thing to have
