Everything in the universe vibrates, and I mean everything. Each color has a different vibration. There is no such thing as 'solid physical matter' but rather its energy condensed very tightly that makes it appear to be 'solid'. Thus the so-called physical world is in reality operating on a very slooowww vibration. The higher you go 'up' the dimensions, the faster the energy vibrates until you reach the 'top' where there is no vibration, just absolute deep peace. This process of reaching a higher vibration is ONLY due to consistent power meditation.
