Hail brothers,

I havent meditated in several months due to a new job my guardian helped me with. I work 70 hours a week and have been too exhausted, but were slowing down and im having more and more time. Where should I pickup my meditations? My chakras were opened before I worked, and I still feel them.

<td val[/IMG]Don't worry the important thing is you are starting again.I would set up some simple assanas for streaching your spine and then start with breathing excersises and then you can do just simple cleaning and spinning your chakras and then get into the full chakra meditation.
