When open a chakra?

When you open a chakra your extension of that chakra opens too right?

Example: open heart chakra, the back and front extension open  too.

No there is a meditation to open each chakras extensions. Take it slow and be sure to do the opening the chakras meditation first this meditation is kind of for someone who has a more powerful soul.
