The gods have a different perception of time and I do believe this is also corroborated somewhere in the JoS website. When Maxine relays Azazel's statement that we are victorious, in your perspective this is not true as kikes still appear to be in control.
Things are set in stone, but require time to fully manifest. It's difficult to explain, but the gods see things differently from us, some people are confused by answers given by the gods due to this. When you are immortal and time is largely irrelevant to you, if you know with certainty the outcome of something, then to you that something has already happened, as whether it takes 100 years, 5 minutes or a nanosecond is irrelevant to you.
The influence of the gods [on the enemy] is already set in stone to happen, and will manifest in time. The enemy is attempting desperately to delay the inevitable, holding on to their dreams of dominion and attempting to conclude their plans before the inevitable happens.
It's hard to explain, but I hope you understood what I'm trying to say. You visualize something in your workings, and then blindly wait and hope for the outcome you desired, and only know the outcome after it manifests.
The gods put their energies into something and know immediately if and how it manifests, irrelevant of "when" it manifests, because their perception of time is different from ours.
So to answer your question, nothing is stopping destruction. Just futile attempts by the enemy to delay the inevitable that will manifest soon enough. At some point you will be able to feel it, an unbearable pressure mounting and about to burst at any moment.
