For those of you who are advanced enough, what's it like experiencing the astral realm?

Seeing while astral projecting, or using astral vision, I've noticed, is very similar if not identical to how you 'see' things during dreams. It has long been said that whenever one dreams that they are simultaneously astral projecting. I think that I can attest to that.
