What's going on with me?

Weird things are happening to me

Excruciating pain in my stomach which I believe is kundalini energy, my knee and ankle are constantly failing, like having muscle spasms , I'm waking up at 5-7 am no matter what time I sleep at, I start crying for no reason, I get random headaches, I feel energy going up my spine, some times my muscle control itself, I feel extreme heat , it starts at my base chakra and goes up wriggling around all my chakras and I feels like a worm wriggling in your hand except really hot and my stomach has spasms aswell

What's going on with me???

Could be a kundalini awakening. Same thing is happening to me, annoying huh?(x But that's evidence you're doing GREAT! Keep up your meditations and yoga. I got digestive system problems once the spasms and energy in the spine, heat, insomnia, etc. I started getting the rotten egg tasting burp-.- I also feel alot closer to nature and animals.
