What the fastest way to get more energy really quick?

I want to know how to get energy during when I work and on day off to replenish my energy asap. Idk my energy start draining feeling depress or emotional breakdown.Is there a special way or pracices to do it?

(What I mean was begin alive everyday instead of depress everyday or drain out of life like a walking zombies?)
