I the foundation meditation as consistently as possible. I also do the mer kah bah meditation/ ez chakra spin. I have experience magnificent leaps and bounds!
My question is mainly from the fact that I want to increase the effect and power of my thoughts manifesting into reality.

Consistant Power Meditation will increase the effect and power of your thoughts manifesting into reality. Raising your overall vibration and bioelectricity.
One thing I would recomend is that if you are comfortable with the MerKaBah meditation, that you change the EZ Chakra spin to the Advanced Chakra Spin.
