Some things seem decend.. but..
point 5:
Reduce stress. Cortisol and Adrenaline, as well as other hormones that are created by the adrenal glands when you are stressed can interfere with melatonin and serotonin, the sister hormones to DMT, or the pineal elixir that helps us wake up. Interestingly, we make more melatonin when we are in
complete darkness. This is what allows the ‘inner’ light to shine more brightly. While you can sleep for three days straight, this is hard to do without some kind of sleeping pill. The ancient yogis and shamans would sit in caves in meditation in order to induce higher levels of melatonin, and thus awaken their pineal glands.
Yeah no. No one goes to sleep for 3 days and trance is OBVIOUSLY not melatonin inducing.
Point 10: Reduce meat and dairy.
From the other website (globalhealingcenter):
Second alinea:
Nearly half of Americans experience pineal calcification by the age of 18!
= well that is NOT true. It sounds like it'd happen when you are older than 18. This already happens in teenagers and most likely kids too. (plus I don't like that dudes face who wrote this, not easy to see though)
The other things do seem legit, however, the set up of the page is something I'd not expect from a reliable source. It seems that some information is missing. Although I guess that can happen with some kinds of advice.
Now one of the things you should be very aware of is that if anything is claimed 'as super plant' or something similar that that is a hoax.
There were plants used in history for a large range of problems, while some of those 'plants' only work on one topic. Can you use it for longer periods of time without consequences? No? then you're not a super plant.
Just like any person has things they are good at or not so good at the same goes for plants. Some work quite well on multiple area's, but that also has to do with if a plant is suited for a person.
Also, if you want to know more about a herb try to find more information about it, check its sources. From the page it seemed that there were studies done after the plant so that might be a point of checking out. As well, some things might be exaggerated. If it sounds like a strong story it is probably just that.
Earlier today a classmate shared something on 'detoxing bowel system' or something. You had to slow down your food eating for 2 days before, then 6 days of lots of drinking and shakes and what not with okra and some palm fiber thingy which is supposed to get the layer of poo stuck in your smaller intestines (12 finger, thin ...) out. And then 2 days after to build it back up the eating.
With a warning to be careful with what you eat. Well seriously if you do that don't you just ruin the whole climate of bacteria that lives in there?!?! also I did read the comments (there were only 3). If you were someone that had used it just now you wouldn't have been able to write that. While if there are only 3 comments it sounds like it just came on the market so I am very suspicious of that.
Anyway, look at things with a heavy dose of mental sanity and logic. Because someone says one thing doesn't make it true.
Apologies for the long post though. And apologies if I came across like 'this is bad that is bad' or some sort, didn't mean to sound like that.
