What is the difference between Lucifer/Phosphorus and Prometheus/Enki/Baal-Peor?

Can Phosphoros/Lucifer and Enki/Prometheus/Baal-Peor be viewed as different manifestations of the same force? Or is there a fundamental difference between them? If such a difference exists, how does it manifest itself? Please share your understanding.

These are different cultural interpretations of the same God.

For example the Egyptians saw Osiris, the Greeks saw Hades, the Indians saw Yama, and the Romans saw Pluto.

All of them are the same God, yet they were viewed slightly differently based on the cultural lens through which each civilization understood and interpreted the God.

The same is the case with Lord Prometheus and Lord Enki.
